Wear Ring

RBA offers various wear ring. It is also known as bearing band/guide rings. We offer composite material filled with low friction or high abrrasive material

according to your needs. We are able to customize the material, design, dimension, cutting design.

Our material:

• Fiber Fabric composite (unfilled or Low friction material filled)
• Polyamide ( Glass/Ceramic fiber reinforced polyamide)
• PTFE ( Full PTFE or layer PTFE)
• Metal ( Bronze/Brass/ steel/ carbide)

Our design:

• Plain cylindrical type
• Custom-made design

Dimension: Up to 500mm; larger dimension upon request.

Cutting design:

• Straight cut 180°
• Angle cut 60°
• Step cut
