Snap/Retainer Rings

Circlip or retainer ring is type of fastener consisting of a semi-flexible metal ring with open ends which can be snapped into place, into a machined groove on a dowel pin or other part to allow rotation but to prevent lateral movement. Circlip is devided into internal circlip or external circlip

Bearing Inner Ring & Races

RBA provides the bearing inner ring, races and rings with high quality material and processing.
We provide fully customize inner rings/races based on customer needs. We are able to provide heat treated rings/races or cold rolled semi finish materials.
Our materials                     : Bearing steel, Carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.

Heat treatment                    : Annealing/Normalizing/Special Annealing/ Carburizing and Induction hardening


Adapter sleeve, Withdrawal Sleeves, Nuts, Lock washers

RBA Adapter sleeves, nuts and washers are made with high rigidity and quality materials.
Various surface treatment such as phosphated, Galvanized, copper platting and black finishing are available upon request.

Adapter sleeves for bearing are made in accordance to DIN 5415.
Material: bearing steel, stainless steel
Available type: Series H, Series HE, Series HA, Series H2/H3, Series I-90

Withdrawal sleeves
Withdrawal sleeves for bearings are made in accordance to DIN 5416.
Material: bearing steel, stainless steel
Available type: Series AH, Series AOH, Series AOHX

Nuts
Nuts are made in accordance to DIN 981
Material: Bearing steel, stainless steel
Available type: Series KM, Series KML, Series HMT, Series HMLT

Lock washers
Lock washers are made in accordance to DIN 5406
Material: bearing steel, stainless steel
Available type: Series MB, Series MBL, Series MBA, Series MB
